• Fees once paid are non-refundable, unless otherwise stated in writing.

• All creative work, designs, strategies, and deliverables remain the property of Snaptics Agency until full payment is received.
• After payment, rights of final deliverables are transferred to the client, unless otherwise specified.
• Snaptics Agency reserves the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio, case studies, and marketing materials.

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding proprietary business information, strategies, and project details, unless required by law.

• Snaptics Agency shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
• We do not guarantee specific results such as rankings, traffic, or sales, as these depend on multiple external factors.

We may integrate third-party platforms (e.g., Google, Meta, hosting providers, plugins). Snaptics Agency is not responsible for issues, downtime, or policy changes arising from such third-party services.

• Either party may terminate services with written notice.
• Upon termination, the client must clear all pending dues.
• Work completed up to the termination date will be billed accordingly.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.
