Cancellation of Services:

Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis and are available for services that have not been rendered or initiated.

Clients may cancel their services at any time. However, we require a notice of cancellation at least 10 days before the next billing cycle.

To cancel your services, please submit your request in writing to with the subject line "Service Cancellation Request."

Early Termination:

In the event that you choose to terminate a service before the completion of the agreed term, please be aware that you may be subject to an early termination fee as outlined in your service agreement.

No-Show Policy:

For appointments or consultations, we require a cancellation notice at least 1 day in advance. Failure to provide notice may result in a no-show fee or forfeiture of the appointment without a refund.

Subscription-Based Services:

For subscription-based services, the subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle after cancellation.
